All our dishes are individually cooked for you so PLEASE allow enough time to enjoy your meal.

If you are vegetarian most dishes may be substituted with “Quorn”. Except for the steaks, and the pork and maybe the ribs.

If you have a special dietary requirement, celiac, nut allergy or just on a diet and would like a lighter meal just ask and we will see if we can help!

Chicken Milano £9.95

Pan fried and baked chicken breast served filled with ham and cream cheese on bed of rustic mash with a creamy white wine and herb sauce with a selection of vegetables or salad.

Cantonese Beef £10.95

Prime fillet steak marinated then stir fried with mushrooms, peppers, spring onions and bean sprouts in oyster sauce. Served with plain basmati or fried rice.

Thai Panang Curry £10.95

A regional Thai curry with Prime strips of beef steak

fried in coconut milk chilli, lemon grass, galangal spices palm sugar, ground roasted peanuts and kaffir lime leaves . Served with plain or fried rice.

Mexican Fajitas Chicken, Quorn  or Vegetable £9.50

Mexican chicken or vegetables in a fajita sauce served with   tortillas, salsa, guacamole and sour cream.

These will rattle your maracas!

Tikka Masala £9.95

Chicken or prawn or even Quorn cooked in  Indian spices

and tomato sauce enhanced with coriander  and cream

Pork Normandy (new recipe)                                     £9.50

Succulent loin of pork pan-fried with apple ,cider, cream and a hint of Dijon mustard Served on a bed of herby mash with a selection of vegetables.

Barbequed Rack of Ribs American Style £11.95

Whole rack of pork ribs smothered in a hickory smoke sauce served with  French fries and salad. This is a real belly buster, do not choose this if you eat like a bird,

Flame grilled to your liking served with tomatoes

mushrooms and a choice of fries or potatoes.

Hawkes Bay Lamb £11.95

Tenderised  marinated thin slices of lamb griddled and served on a rustic mash covered in a rich red wine and rosemary jus.  Served with a selection of vegetables.

Malay Coconut Chicken £9.95

Slices of chicken breast, or Quorn onion and peppers cooked in a creamy coconut sauce with ground peanut, garlic ginger and oriental spices. Served with plain or fried rice

Pappadelle Firenze £9.95

Delicious wide egg pasta ribbons tossed in a creamy herb sauce with smoked salmon and prawns topped with fresh grated parmesan.  Note  there are other pasta dishes available see specials.

Salmon St Etienne 10.95

Seasoned salmon fillet slowly baked in the oven. Served with a lemon butter sauce with capers and herbs served with  rustic a mash and a selection of vegetables or salad

Hong Kong Sea bass 12.95

2 Sea bass fillets covered with ginger and spring onion, gently baked in the oven baked served on a fried rice with salad and drizzled with sesame oil and soy.

Captain Nemo Selection £13.95

Scallops, mussels and tiger prawns stir fried with white wine and fresh herbs resting on a (sea) bed of smoked salmon and fresh salad. If you like seafood you’ll love this one, it goes down like the Nautilus.

Florida  Key Mahi- Mahi £10.95

A delicious steak of mahi-mahi  dusted with Cajun spices pan fried and served with creamy mash, a key lime hollandaise and a tomato and cucumber salad.

Canary Islands Tuna £10.95

we encountered this recipe in Fuerteventura in a wonderful sea front bistro. Seasoned pan seared tuna steak served with  new potatoes and Green Mojo sauce and fresh tomato salsa.
